Our companycurrently has an exciting opportunity for a swing shift MaintenanceMulti-Craft Technician at our Russia Ohio location.

Summary:

Purpose:

This employee must be knowledgeable in hydraulics,pneumatics, basic electrical, welding and fabrication skill sets.

This employee must have familiarity in a factory setting and have ahigh degree of comfort level around machinery.

Responsibilities/Principle Duties:

This employee will be assignedwork in the Preventive Maintenance areas, Projects, and machinebreakdowns as required. This employee will need to complete workassignments in the Maintenance “work order/ PM” system. Thisemployee will work in a safe guarded manor for their safety and thesafety of all others. This employee will have a maximum of 1 yearto advance to a Multi Craft 2 level or higher ranking. If not, theemployee may be dismissed from the Maintenance group. This employeewill conduct themselves in a manner that supports a “Ship,Shipmate, Self” concept where team work is key to our success.

Warehouse/General Housekeeping:

Maintain the work area andequipment in a clean, maintained, and orderly condition. Adhere toall safety training, policies, and procedures. Report unsafeconditions to appropriate personnel. Perform other job-relatedduties and activities as needed.

Job Knowledge, Skills, andAbilities:

Proficient in the use of quality inspection tools suchas calipers, micrometers, tape measure, etc. Proficient in PC’s andMicrosoft Word. Ability to count and perform simple math operationsto determine information such as weight, temperature, and quantity.

Ability to work harmoniously and effectively as part of a workteam. Close, distance, and peripheral vision. Depth perception.

Ability to discern colors and adjust focus.
