Alternatives, Inc. in Belvidere, NJ is looking to hire a part-time Maintenance Technician. Role of the
Maintenance Technician:
Addresses the maintenance needs of agency facilities, homes and apartments including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electric, landscaping, and painting Maintain accurate records and documentation of all materials, costs, and expenditures incurred during or in relation to the prescribed duties of the position. Document all maintenance and repairs and in the Facilities work order database. Remain knowledgeable of requirements and standards for all licensing and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED Three (3) years experience in residential facilities maintenance Ability to pass criminal/registry background checks/drug screen Clear tuberculosis screening A valid driver’s license, no more than 5 points or DUI in last 3 years So why should you apply…?
