The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks in various apartments. This role requires a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot various systems. The Maintenance Technician will work closely with other team members to maintain high standards of service and efficiency. Must have a cleanand valid drivers license, own small hand tools, Requirements- Must have own small hand tolls, two years prior work history in building maintenance, repairs and or renovations to be considered. Background in painting, plumbing, electric, drywall install and repair Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections of buildingsand equipment to identify issues and perform preventive maintenance. Perform residential painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic standards. Apartment turn overs Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from residents or staff. Skills Proficiency in supervising maintenance activities and managing small teams. Experience in residential painting techniques and applications. Strong electrical skills with the ability to diagnose issues using tools such as an ohmmeter. Solid mechanical knowledge with experience in general maintenance tasks. Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on communication in English.
