un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Handyman compensation: $35-$45 based on experience employment type: job title: Maintenance Team Member for PM company We are a property management company hiring a reliable and experienced handyman to handle small repairs and general maintenance across residential properties. This is a part-time position with consistent weekly hours and a flexible schedule.

Schedule:
- Consistent hours each week (about +/- 20 hours per week
- Set your own schedule for vacant units and coordinate with tenants.
between Monday and Saturday, 9:00 AM and 4:00
PM, Key Responsibilities:
- Perform small repairs: patch drywall, replace blinds, caulking, touch-up painting, light fixture changes, basic plumbing/electrical, etc.
- Assist with turnovers and punch list items
- Report larger issues to the office
- Must provide before/after photos and brief documentation for all completed work (required for payment) on portal.
Requirements:
- Previous handyman or general maintenance experience
- Own basic tools and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Attention to detail and reliability
- Valid ID and background check required
Pay:
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience (starting at $25)
- Paid out weekly upon verified completion of work Principals only.
