Job Duties:

Job duties will be primarily driven by work order requests from CHDC’s managed properties.

Responsibilities will include:

• Providing general maintenance (changing light bulbs, replacing ceiling tiles, snow management, minor landscaping and janitorial duties).
• Light electrical, plumbing, painting, HVAC maintenance and repair.
• Rotational after hours on call service as required.
• Other duties as determined by the Property Manager.

Qualifications:

The Maintenance Technician must a have a demonstrated competency in one or more of the following areas:

• HVAC Troubleshooting and Repairs
• dry wall repair and taping
• painting
• minor plumbing repairs and replacements
• minor electrical repairs and replacements The successful individual will be able to work independently and will take ownership of responsibilities.

The candidate must be personable with exceptional communication skills, possess a positive attitude, demonstrate attention to detail and be capable of representing CHDC. The technician is required to have a valid driver’s license and appropriate hand tools.
