Responsibilities:

• Daily service requests/work orders as well as apartment turn overs.
• Maintain a clean workspace both during and after repairs.
• Able to work within a team as well as individually.
• Perform snow removal/shoveling
• Lifting up to 50lbs
• aid in lifting equipment, appliances and materials
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairing and replacing equipment, fixtures, and systems
• Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems
• Fabricate or modify parts as needed to complete repairs
• Provide excellent customer service to residents or tenants by addressing their maintenance concerns promptly and professionally

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
