Property Maintenance Position Available In Albany, New York

Property Maintenance Koren Riley Cohoes, NY 12047 Must be able to start immediately if considered! Must have valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle to and from work

Pay:

$22-24 an hour

Schedule:

Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm 1 hour lunch (On call 1 week per month)

Location :

This will be an Apartment community in Cohoes, NY 12047 Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and maintenance on apatyments Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and circuit breakers. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and maintenance schedules. Fabricate components as needed to support repairs or improvements. Apply mechanical knowledge to perform repairs on machinery and equipment. Lead small teams on specific projects, providing guidance and support as necessary. Read and to understand system layouts and troubleshoot issues effectively. Conduct welding tasks for repairs or fabrication of parts as required. Work with logic controllers to diagnose issues within automated systems. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
