BoaVida Communities is a fast-growing company operating nationwide, managing over 250 mobile home and RV parks. We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to oversee the upkeep of one of our parks in Bemus Point, OH. This role requires a strong background in property maintenance, a proactive mindset, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance, repairs, and preventive upkeep. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical issues. Conduct routine inspections of rental units, common areas, and park infrastructure. Address tenant and guest maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. Oversee groundskeeping, landscaping, and irrigation systems. Maintain and repair park utilities, including water, sewer, and electrical hookups.. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or larger projects. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and OSHA guidelines. Maintain records of completed work, supplies used, and maintenance schedules.

Requirements:

Proven experience in property maintenance. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repair work. Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve maintenance issues independently. Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed. Valid driver’s license preferred. Availability for on-call emergency maintenance requests when necessary.
