Includes weekends and flexible weekday hours Job Overview ERA Team VP Real Estate & Vacation Rentals is looking to hire a full time Maintenance Technician to support our vacation rental operations, with an emphasis on the busy summer season. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes pride in quality work, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability is required, as guest turnover and maintenance needs are highest during that time. We are also open to considering proposals from local maintenance companies interested in contracted work. Key Responsibilities Respond to service calls and maintenance requests at vacation rental properties Perform general repairs (light plumbing, basic electrical, drywall, painting, windows/doors, small appliance troubleshooting) Conduct interior and exterior property inspections and report issues promptly Support housekeeping and guest service teams on turnover days Maintain clear documentation of time, repairs, materials, and property status Communicate regularly with the Vacation Rental Manager on needs and timelines Assist in coordinating third-party vendors for specialized work when needed Qualifications Previous maintenance, contracting, handyman, or property care experience preferred Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Effective communication and time-management skills Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and complete active tasks Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Must be available to work weekends and flexible weekday shifts

Compensation & Schedule :

Full-time position, approximately 32-40 hours per week Competitive hourly pay, based on experience Tools and necessary supplies provided Mileage reimbursement for travel using personal vehicle, if applicable
