Job Location:

Your day-to-day as a

Facilities Technician:

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as filter changes, minor repairs, and leak fixesTroubleshoot and diagnose issues to maintain optimal facility performanceComplete scheduled preventative maintenance to reduce equipment downtimeRespond to work orders and resolve repair requests efficientlyAssist with general facility upkeep including cleaning and landscaping as neededYour skills and experience:

Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and light weldingStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailEffective verbal and written communication skillsPhysically capable of lifting, climbing, and performing hands-on tasksWell-organized with strong time management skillsWhat you can expect from
