Job Description
Maintenance Technician (3 year experience required) Diocese of Buffalo 795 Main Street, Buffalo, NY 14203 The Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance and/or minor repairs to the building and surrounding grounds.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Completes all daily maintenance requisitions Assists with handling incoming/outgoing deliveries, as needed Lift/move furniture & equipment Maintains grounds, parking lots and driveways Snowplowing when applicable Other duties as assigned

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
3+ years maintenance experience
Special Requirements:
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general repairs Ability to communicate effectively Ability to operate various types of tools and equipment safely Lift various items up to 75 pounds with no physical limitations
