Are you a hands-on professional with aknack for fixing things? Do you have a background in themanufacturing industry and a skill set that includes maintenance,welding, hydraulics, and electrical systems? If so, we have anexciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a seasoned PermanentMaintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. The successfulcandidate will be responsible for ensuring that our manufacturingequipment and infrastructure are always in top-notch condition,thereby minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity. This is afull-time, permanent position that requires at least 2 years ofexperience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform regularpreventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilitiesto ensure smooth and efficient operations. 2. Diagnose andtroubleshoot issues with machinery and equipment, identifying rootcauses and implementing effective solutions. 3. Utilize weldingskills to repair and maintain machinery and equipment. 4. Work withhydraulic systems, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.5. Carry out electrical repairs and installations in compliancewith safety regulations. 6. Read and interpret equipment manualsand work orders to perform required maintenance and service. 7.Document and maintain records of all maintenance and repair workdone, including time and materials used. 8. Collaborate with theoperations team to prioritize maintenance and repair work. 9.Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations within thefacility, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment. 10.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggestingchanges that can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of ourmaintenance processes.

Qualifications:

1. Technical or Trade SchoolDegree in a relevant field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience asa Maintenance Technician in the manufacturing industry. 3.Proficient in welding, hydraulics, and electrical systems. 4.Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshootand repair a wide range of industrial machinery and equipment. 5.Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures in themanufacturing industry. 6. Ability to read and interpret technicalmanuals and drawings. 7. Good communication and teamwork skills,with the ability to work effectively both independently and as partof a team. 8. Physically fit, with the ability to lift heavyobjects and work in a variety of conditions. 9. Willing to workflexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, asrequired. 10.
