The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of maintenance and repair skills, with a strong emphasis on problem-solving and customer service. As a Super, you will be responsible for performing various tasks that ensure the functionality and safety of residential properties. Duties Conduct routine maintenance checks and repairs on facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work. Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter to diagnose electrical issues and ensure proper functionality. Respond promptly to service requests from clients, addressing their needs with professionalism and efficiency. Perform minor renovations and installations, ensuring all work meets safety standards and regulations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions in a timely manner. Experience Proven experience in general maintenance or maintenance person services is preferred. Familiarity with using an ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot various issues independently. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. A valid driver’s license may be required for travel between job sites.
