Make Ready/Maintenance – Subcontract 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars Geneseo, NY Rent Ready is hiring an apartment Maintenance Technician – independent contractor work! At Rent Ready, we help apartment complexes get their vacant units ready for the next tenant.
Requirements:
At least 1 year experience doing interior punch work at apartments units. Own tools Able to replace and repair items such as faucets, garbage disposables, ceiling fans, door knobs, etc. Must be dependable!
Pay:
Net 14 on Fridays, per unit pay
