Salary Range:

$17.50 -$25.50 Department Details Work in a newly remodeled facility.

Responsible for light maintenance and repair. Get your hands in allof the trades- light plumbing, floor care, carpentry,groundskeeping! Hours are M-F 8am to 4:30pm. On call every 3rdweek. Must have a valid divers license with a good driving record.

Job Summary Responsible for light maintenance repair and cleaningtasks completed under supervision in a safe, professional manner.

Must take extra precautions when working in patient/resident careareas and specifically keep tools out of the reach of children.

Must possess basic mechanical knowledge and show competence in theuse of hand tools, meters, measuring devices and gauges. Afamiliarity of blueprints, schematics and technical manualshelpful. Must be able to explain conditions and situationsaccurately while troubleshooting. Ability to work all shifts andhours as scheduled. Must comply with all corporate and facilitypolicies and dress code. Understand written and verbalcommunications. Works independently with minimal supervision. Musthave knowledge of federal, state, and local codes, specifications,and ordinances. Depending on facility size, additional duties mayinclude but are not limited to: perform installation andmaintenance of mechanical and stationary systems, including boileroperations, to ensure a safe and efficient environment; maintaincampus grounds and perform other outside maintenance duties;perform general duties such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry,painting, HVAC, and bed repair and maintenance. May require on-callduties as needed or as directed by the department. QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience in alltypes of building maintenance preferred. Depending on location, avalid driver’s license and a good driving record may be required.

Depending on location, may be required to take CPR/BLS upon hire.
