Description Pay Range:
$17.00-$21.00 Hourly Full Time 40 hours Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pm with rotating weekends
GENERAL SCOPE
To maintain the building systems and equipment in good working order and completes repairs accurately and completely.
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION
High school or trade school graduate or equivalent.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
+ Completes various building repairs + Changes light bulbs, switches, plugs, cords and makes other minor electrical repairs. + Unplugs sinks, toilets, sewers and drain lines. + Repairs faucets, toilets, showers, valves, sinks and makes other minor plumbing related repairs. + Performs routine building maintenance, preventive maintenance and emergency maintenance repairs as assigned. + Follows all prescribe OSHA safety regulations relating to this position. + All other job duties as assigned.
