Examples being carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical repair and masonry. Duties include but are not limited to:

• electrical repairs, plumbing, painting, and masonry work
• operation of power tools
• responsibility for supplies and routine maintenance of equipment
• operation of medium-sized motorized vehicles for snow removal and mowing Other skills:
• knowledge of the common practices, tools, terminology and safety precautions involving the electrical, mechanical or construction trades
• Ability to work from plans, specifications and rough sketches
• Ability to perform manual labor
• Ability to establish good working relationships with others
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Physical condition commensurate with the demands of the position
