Summary We are seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated team at Josh Landscape Co. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our snow and landscaping equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Your contributions will be vital in helping us deliver exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities Perform regular maintenance and repairs on mowers, blowers etc. equipment and machinery year round. Maintain snow equipment such as salter, plows, snow blowers and other snow equipment year round. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment status. Provide field service support as needed, ensuring minimal downtime for operations. Collaborate with Fleet Manager to improve equipment performance and reliability. Requirements Strong experience in equipment Maintenance and repair. Ability to analyze technical problems and implement effective solutions.
