Maintenance Technician Confidential Rochester, NY Exciting opportunity to be part of a team. This is a part-time position and days and hours may vary. We are looking for a skilled, positive and dedicated professional to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work to maintain great curb appeal..
Skills needed:
General maintenance repairs, LVT and or carpet installation, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, general carpentry, appliance repair, snow removal, grounds cleanup, light landscaping, organizational and interpersonal skills, etc.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Must have a clean NYS driver’s license Must have reliable transportation Must be able to lift 50 pounds and climb a ladder

$22.00 – $24.00 per hour
