Key Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting, drywall, carpentry, and painting Prepare units for new residents by completing inspections, repairs, and cleaning Conduct seasonal and preventive maintenance, including groundskeeping and snow removal Respond to emergency maintenance issues as part of an on-call rotation Maintain accurate work order records using mobile or digital maintenance systems Keep inventory and tools organized; assist with supply ordering as needed Collaborate with the Property Manager and vendors to resolve maintenance needs promptly Requirements At least 1 year of maintenance experience (apartment or residential preferred) Familiarity with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting tasks Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various indoor and outdoor conditions Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Comfortable using technology including Outlook and mobile maintenance apps Preferred Qualifications EPA or OSHA certification Experience in multifamily, hotel, or facilities maintenance Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Why Join Us Supportive and team-oriented culture Opportunity to build your skills and grow your career A chance to directly impact resident satisfaction and community pride Hands-on, active work with variety and purpose every day If you’re dependable, take initiative, and have a strong work ethic, we’d love to hear from you.
