Our client, is seeking a Property Maintenance to join their team. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of tools, general maintenance house or apartment which will align successfully in the organization.

- $26hr What’s the Job?
Building Maintenance; change lightbulbs, clean outs, some plumbing repairs, lawn maintenance. Track and manage all work orders Outdoor maintenance What’s Needed? Basic Maintenance repairs Some understanding of wall repairs Valid Driver license Must have personal vehicle (some traveling may required) What’s in it for me?
