Duties and Responsibilities:

Work to maintain great curb appeal, well prepared and clean apartment homes, an overall pleasant apartment community and satisfied residents! Apartment preparation includes repairing, painting and cleaning apartment units to be move-in ready Skills needed: General maintenance repairs, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, general carpentry, appliance repair, snow removal, grounds cleanup, light landscaping, organizational and interpersonal skills, etc.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent On-call rotation every 2-4 weeks is required Must have a clean NYS driver’s license Must have reliable transportation Must be able to lift 50 pounds and climb a ladder
