Cirrus Manor is a licensed adult care facility in Rochester, NY, committed to providing a safe, well-maintained, and comfortable living environment for our residents. We are currently seeking a Temporary Maintenance Technician to support ongoing renovation and improvement projects throughout our building.

Job Summary:

This is a hands-on role ideal for a skilled maintenance or construction professional. The position is temporary and focused on specific facility upgrades.

Responsibilities:

Install and repair drop ceilings Install vinyl plank and sheet flooring Replace or install lighting fixtures Assist with general maintenance and repairs Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Communicate with leadership to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently

Requirements:

Experience with drop ceiling, flooring, and lighting installations General knowledge of carpentry, light electrical, and renovation work Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Tools preferred but not required Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Great opportunity for college students!!!
