ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide routine and preventative maintenance Knowledge of fixing/repairing boilers Log and maintain the work orders initiated during shift Basic Electrical

• light switches, outlets, breakers repairs, installation of light fixtures, bulb replacements, etc. Basic Plumbing
• Clogged sinks, tub or toilets, change faucets, washers, shower fixtures, toilet bowls including wax rings. Patch, Sand
• Prep and Painting Strip and Wax Floors

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

3 years of comparable work experience. Skilled at operating power tools, have basic knowledge of electric and plumbing. Able to lift and move furniture and appliances and stand for many hours at a stretch Able to climb multiple flights of stairs if elevators fail High School Diploma or Trade School or its equivalent. Basic knowledge of computer is a plus, not required. Working with elderly, disabled and/or formerly homeless population is a plus
