Handy Person/Maintenance Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for many aspects of preventative maintenance. Including and not limited to painting, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, paneling, general carpentry, installation of fixtures, repairs and many other tasks in the realm of Hotel Engineering Which should be reflected on your resume as well as any certificates or licenses.
