Role Description This is a full-time role for a Skilled Carpenter with Electrical Experience based in the East Village. The role includes a wide range of hands-on tasks across residential buildings, including carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, and general maintenance of building facilities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage jobs independently or as part of a team. You will be essential to the upkeep and improvement of our growing portfolio of properties.
