Hourly rate shall range from $22.00 – $25.00 based upon experience, licensing and skill set. Candidates must be proficient in all aspects of property maintenance including basic electrical, plumbing, painting, general repairs, HVAC, & must demonstrate strong communication skills. Prior property maintenance experience strongly preferred but not required.
