Responsibilities:

• Handle minor renovations, repairs, furniture assembly, and installations
• Complete work orders on time
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Work well with the team
• Use mobile apps to manage tasks
• Stay in regular communication with management

Qualifications:

• Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license
• Fully equipped with your own tools
• Experience in maintenance or related fields
• Comfortable using hand tools and equipment
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
• Ability to handle physical tasks
• Over 10 years of experience needed in electrical, carpentry, and plumbing
• Motivated and reliable
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• 2 references
