Join us as a Field Property Maintenance Technician and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the properties we manage throughout the Albany NY Capital Region. About the Role As a Field Property Maintenance Technician, you will travel to various residential properties throughout the Capital Region to perform a wide range of repairs, maintenance, and renovations. From fixing plumbing and electrical issues to painting, carpentry, and general upkeep, you’ll ensure properties are safe, functional, and visually appealing. This role requires a high degree of independence, but you’ll also collaborate with a team on larger projects or when extra support is needed. If you enjoy variety, autonomy, and making a tangible difference in the quality of properties, this role is for you! What We’re Looking For At least 2 years of hands-on experience in property maintenance, repair work, or a related field. Proficiency in a variety of maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall repair, and general troubleshooting. A proactive mindset with the ability to assess issues, determine solutions, and efficiently complete repairs. Comfortable working independently, managing your time effectively, and staying organized. Willingness to work as part of a team on larger projects or when extra support is needed. Commitment to delivering high-quality work with a focus on property appearance and functionality. A friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with residents and property owners. MUST have clean driving record. MUST live within 30 mins of Clifton Park NY.

Compensation and Benefits Competitive Pay :
