Job Description
Maitenance worker Boyden Brook Body Works 159 Meade Road, Canton, NY 13617 Seeking a reliable and skilled maintenance technician to perform essential upkeep tasks throughout our facility. This role involves a range of activities, including repairs, cleaning, and general maintenance, to ensure the facility is functional and tidy.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings and equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with various systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.). Conduct preventative maintenance checks and inspections. Work with a variety of hand and power tools. Assist with minor construction and carpentry tasks. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Required Skills and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in general maintenance and repair work. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and carpentry. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual labor tasks. Ability to follow safety procedures and regulations.
Desired Skills:
Experience with specific equipment or systems relevant to the facility. Customer service skills. Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
