YARD HAND – KEEP OUR OPERATION RUNNING SMOOTH GEM LLC

is looking for a reliable and self-motivated Yard Hand to help maintain our property, shop, and equipment. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in staying organized and getting things done without needing to be micromanaged.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Mowing and weed eating General property maintenance Cleaning and organizing shop, trailers, and other buildings Light building repairs and upkeep Bonus if you can perform basic vehicle or equipment maintenance Occasionally assist with job site runs or material deliveries Must be comfortable working independently
