In this hands-on role, the mechanic will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the integrity and functionality of the facilities and equipment. Key duties include using hand and power tools to maintain and repair structures such as drywall, plaster, and framing, as well as painting, plumbing, electrical layout, and HVAC system work. This position calls for advanced knowledge of mechanical systems and general facilities maintenance.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of three (3) years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Proficient with the English measurement system and willing to learn the metric system within a set timeframe
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
• Physically able to work in a manufacturing environment, including climbing stairs and ladders and lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 40 lbs This is a full-time position Mon-Fri 7am-4:30pm.

Pay:
