Job Details Scope of Responsibilities:

HVACtroubleshooting and maintenance Hanging, prepping, and sandingdrywall Electrical repairs Upkeep and repair of appliances Plumbingwork Painting common areas and apartments Maintaining cleanliness,order, and safety on the property’s grounds Participating in arotating on-call schedule for evening, weekend, and holidaycoverage for emergencies

Education and Experience:
