Duties Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential properties, including minor plumbing, electrical, and mechanical tasks. Execute residential painting projects with attention to detail and quality finish. Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition. Supervise minor renovation projects, coordinating with other tradespeople as necessary. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and project updates.
