This is a skilled position for a person with plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry and custodial experience. If you enjoy working with your hands and doing something different every day, we encourage you to apply. This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week. Some overtime will be required as well as on-call hours for emergency repairs. On-call time is split with two other maintenance employees. Pay is based on experience. Skills needed to be successful as the Building Maintenance Technician include: Intermediate plumbing skills (Toilets, drains, hot water tanks) Intermediate electrical skills (switches, fixtures, outlets, troubleshooting) Basic HVAC skills (No certification required) Interior and exterior painting experience Drywall hanging and repair experience Ability to handle custodial duties, trash and groundskeeping Can-do attitude with strong communication skills Willingness to learn

High school diploma or equivalent 4+ years of Building Maintenance Experience Ability to stand, bend, stoop, crawl and otherwise move about Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation Must pass pre-employment drug and background screenings Good communication skills A GREAT Attitude
