Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Handyman to join our team! In this role, you will perform residential and light commercial maintenance work for both a building an estate. You are hard-working, a team player, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do. Significant past experience as a professional maintenance worker is highly preferred and a positive attitude is a must!

Responsibilities:

General facility and grounds maintenance & repairs Carpentry Drywall Painting Misc. plumbing & electrical knowledge. Efficiently manage and complete scheduled daily task Ability to work with minimal supervision. Duties may include pipe fitting, insulating, welding, repairing electrical or mechanical equipment, repairing buildings, floors, or stairs, and installing new equipment. This position reports directly to the facility owner. Full Time Hourly Wage $25.00+ Benefits available Paid Holidays Must have a valid PA driver’s license

LOCATION

Pittsburgh North Hills suburbs

Qualifications :

Previous experience as a handyman and/or general maintenance Knowledge of job site safety rules and regulations (OSHA) Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry Must be qualified to perform at heights above thirty (30) feet with the use of a ladder, lift, or bucket truck boom Ability to lift 40+ lbs on a consistent basis
