Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking a part-time skilled Handyman on an as-needed basis. Projects may entail minor electrical, minor plumbing, carpentry projects, hanging pictures, changing light bulbs, painting, etc.
Duties:
- Repair or replace broken or defective parts using hand tools.
- Respond promptly to repair requests and provide efficient solutions.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
- Proficiency in using various tools and equipment for maintenance tasks.
- Strong knowledge of general repair techniques.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
