Experience with beverage, food or pharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred.

Description:

Operation, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing of filling and packing machines and all related equipment, with a strong focus on driving improvements and preventive maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime. Coordinate and participate in efficient start-ups and shut downs & line changeovers, & provide break relief and other relieve activities if needed. Responsible for maintenance purchasing, inventorying parts and assist vendors as needed with start up’s, modifications and repairs to equipment.

Requirements:

Knowledge with all phases of electrical & controls, hydraulic, pneumatic & robotics, PLC & VFD’s (programming & trouble shooting of Allen Bradley, Siemens, & Rockwell), with fabrication and , fluid piping systems, plant support equipment, air compressors, pumps, boilers, distiller, RO, and UV units. Interaction with leadership, production team, QC, and others to improve and maximize plant output, efficiency, quality, and safety. Must be able to work 6AM-2PM M-F, overtime, and weekends depending on projects.
