Maintenance Technician Position Available In Allegheny, Pennsylvania

Facilities Maintenance Technician:

Starting at $25/hour!! Job Description As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the overall maintenance of apartment properties, focusing on day-to-day operations to ensure the community is well-maintained. You will work under the guidance of the Property Manager and Property Director. Responsibilities Complete all maintenance service requests as assigned. Execute the make-ready process for vacant apartments as directed by the Property Manager. Operate within established expense limits. Schedule and complete the Preventative Maintenance Program. Coordinate special projects as directed by the Property Manager. Essential Skills High school diploma or general education degree (GED). 2 to 4 years of related experience and/or training. Valid driver’s license. Work Environment Work involves exposure to outside weather conditions within a community. The role demands exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 30 to 50 pounds frequently. The position includes responsibility for 24-hour emergency maintenance service and requires carrying a cell phone for on-call maintenance duties. Expect to work no less than 40 hours per week. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of North Versailles, Pennsylvania. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $41600.00 – $52000.00/yr.
