The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance. This role involves working with various tools and equipment, including Ohmmeters and logic controllers, to ensure the smooth operation of our systems. The Technician will be responsible for maintaining and fabricating equipment as needed, while also interpreting schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively. Responsibilities Operate and maintain various mechanical systems and equipment. Utilize Ohmmeters and logic controllers for testing and troubleshooting. Perform facilities maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functionality of all systems. Fabricate components as required to support ongoing projects. Interpret schematics to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment. Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in facilities maintenance. Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus. Experience in residential painting is a nice-to-have skill. Ability to read and interpret schematics effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and quality. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
