REQUIREMENTS
Prior commercial facility maintenance, carpentry, basic plumbing, basic electrical and/or general construction experience preferred. High School diploma/GED Valid Driver’s License – clean driving record Ability to read mechanical and electrical blueprints, a plus Ability to lift heavy equipment Must have own hand tools Must maintain a professional appearance, friendly and positive attitude Must possess the ability to communicate with customers, dispatch and management both verbally and written.
