A well-established manufacturer located near Leesport, PA is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day operations in a high-output production facility. This role involves hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a wide range of mechanical and electrical equipment used in automated manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair equipment including motor controls, drives, PLCs, sensors, and mechanical assemblies. Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs to ensure maximum equipment uptime. Support installation, testing, and evaluation of new machinery or upgrades. Work closely with engineering and maintenance teams to address recurring technical issues. Use diagnostic tools, schematics, and manuals to identify problems and execute effective solutions. Accurately document maintenance work and follow safety and operational protocols.

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field. Demonstrated experience with CNC equipment, automated machinery, and control systems. Strong understanding of PLC troubleshooting and motor control systems. Skilled in using a variety of shop tools, meters, and diagnostic instruments. Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
