• Job Description
• We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at our plant location in Reading, PA. This role involves installing, repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining production equipment. The ideal candidate should possess mechanical, welding, and fabrication skills along with the ability to read blueprints, basic carpentry, and math skills.
• Responsibilities
• + Install, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment. + Provide support for the operations of a fast-paced plant. + Support production lines with mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills. + Engage in raw material processing, manufacturing, quality control, packaging, shipping/inventory, and maintenance. + Practice 5S method in a diverse environment.
• Essential Skills
• + General knowledge of maintenance fields including mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, electronic, and vacuum systems. + Basic computer skills. + Ability to troubleshoot. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. + Capability to rotate shifts.
• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + Degree from a Technical School or University preferred or equivalent work experience. + 2+ years of experience in an industrial environment. + Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, fabrication, and welding.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $30.00 – $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
