Electro-Maintenance Technician | Local | No Travel 5.0 5.0 out of 5 stars Croydon, PA 19021 Electro-Mechanical Technician – Multiple Shifts On-Site | Local Candidates Only | Full-Time Key Responsibilities Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals Conduct basic welding and fabrication tasks (preferred) Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, maintaining a clean and organized work environment Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical and mechanical systems across production equipment Diagnose and repair AC/DC motors, VFDs, gearboxes, control panels, relays, and sensors Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated and manual machinery Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems Support facility maintenance including material handling equipment and forklifts What We’re Looking For 3-5 years of hands-on experience in electro-mechanical maintenance or industrial equipment support Strong knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, including single- and three-phase motors, control circuits, and VFDs Ability to read schematics, interpret technical drawings, and follow detailed instructions Experience with welding and fabrication is a strong plus Safety-focused, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team Familiarity with industrial automation, sensors, and PLC basics Proficient in mechanical systems including hydraulics and pneumatics Why Join Us?
