Full Job Description About Us:

At Hampton Inn & Suites Newtown, we’re committed to creating a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests. Our Maintenance team plays a key role in making that happen every day. We’re currently seeking a dependable and hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on hotel equipment, guest rooms, and public areas Respond promptly to guest requests for maintenance service Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building issues Conduct regular inspections of mechanical systems and equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas and maintenance shop Assist with property improvement projects and renovations as needed Ensure all safety protocols and brand standards are followed

Qualifications:

Previous hotel or facility maintenance experience preferred Basic knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and time management skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Valid driver’s license preferred
