As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate for this position has experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry and/or appliance repair. In addition, applicants should have some experience with boilers, trouble-shooting and repair. This is a full-time position with rotating on-call responsibilities. Due to on-call responsibilities, applicants must live within 20 minutes from the property to handle emergency maintenance calls. Position is hourly plus overtime for on-call.

Requirements:

• Related experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry and/or appliance repair
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be willing to participate in on-call rotation
• Must be able to climb ladders and lift up to 70lbs
