The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and a variety of related skills. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure high-quality results. Duties Installation of custom interior handrail and balustrade systems. Fabricate components as needed for specific projects. Operate equipment safely and efficiently during installation processes. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Skills Experience with power tool operation is preferred. Strong knowledge of woodworking is helpful. Ability to follow direction is imperative. Capability to fabricate custom components as required for installations. Candidate must be responsible and dependable. Experience in construction processes a plus.
