This position performs autonomous execution ofskilled trade tasks associated with the maintenance of sitefacilities.

Job Description:
  • Perform visual inspections andconduct troubleshooting activities
  • Establish visual tracking andother tools to enhance audit readiness and trend analysis
  • Gather,organize, and communicate operational information to others
  • Leadand coordinate investigations and studies with little supervision
  • Participate in spill control, handling of hazardous materials, andfirst aid
  • Use MAXIMO and/or CMMS (Computerized MaintenanceManagement System) to manage logistics
  • Identify temporary andpermanent fixes to address issues; Initiate appropriate action whenprocess deviations occur
  • Monitor equipment and/or systems forperformance and problem indicators
  • Read, understand, and complywith cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOPs (StandardOperating Procedures), including general safety, lock outs, and soon
  • Report process deviations when they occur
  • Wear gowning,sterile garments, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) asrequired by specific activities
  • Perform preventative (scheduled)and corrective/emergency (unscheduled) maintenance of equipment,systems, and/or facilities without supervision
  • Ensure properdocumentation practices during maintenance processes
  • Maintainequipment and systems along with their certification records
  • Monitor and analyze process equipment performance
  • Perform, inorder of priority, work required in response to process equipmentrequests received through the Work Request System
  • Read andinterpret diagrams, drawings, and other schematics
  • Recommend andinitiate activities to ensure area and equipment is maintained in astate of compliance
  • Conduct safety checks for work group,department, or site
  • Maintain accurate and complete records (i.e.,laboratory notebooks, quality records, and sample receipts)
  • Perform infrared, vibration, pressure, superheat, and subcoolingreadings
  • Perform high purity water testing
  • Pull necessary partsto complete a work order or ticket
  • Analyze trends in data inorder to provide accurate descriptions, identify root causes,and/or identify solutions or improvements
  • Perform regular auditsof SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and/or work instructions
  • Assist with executing validation protocols for processes,equipment, packaging, and/or cleaning
  • Provide “off shift” support(such as night shift support if you normally work on day shift).
  • Provide input on the engineering of replacement parts
  • Consultcross-functionally as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) on systemsand/or processes within a functional area
  • Perform LDAR (LeakDetection and Repair) monitoring
Minimum Requirements:
  • Considerable experience in a regulated or cGMP environment
  • Mayrequire state certification or licensure for certain roles
PreferedBackground:
  • High school diploma and certification in a skilledtrade (electrical, boiler operations, etc.)
  • Associate degree in atechnical discipline Experience with building fire systems,plumbing, lighting, HVAC equipment (boilers, chillers, coolingtowers, air handlers, humidifiers, and air dryers), low voltageelectrical systems, and emergency diesel generator Resilience is anEqual Employment Opportunity Employer.
