For more information, please visit www.resilience.com • 12hour (6am-630pm) shift. 2-2-3 (2 on, 2 off, every other weekend)schedule Brief Job Description This position performs autonomousexecution of skilled trade tasks associated with the maintenance ofFacilities automated material handling system and Electricalsystems.

Examples:

Chain Conveyors, Automated Mobile Robots,Automated Cranes, Shuttle Cars, Pallet Exchangers and somehydraulics etc. Job Responsibilities Perform preventative(scheduled) and corrective/emergency (unscheduled) maintenance ofequipment, systems, and/or facilities without supervision. Conducttroubleshooting activities. Identify temporary and permanent fixesto address issues. Gather, organize, and communicate operationalinformation to others. Use CMMS (Computerized MaintenanceManagement System) to document all maintenance activities. Monitorequipment and/or systems for performance and problem indicators.

Read, understand, and comply with cGMP (Good ManufacturingPractices) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), includinggeneral safety, lock outs, and so on. Report process deviationswhen they occur. Wear gowning, sterile garments, and PPE (PersonalProtective Equipment) as required by specific activities. Performpreventative (scheduled) and corrective/emergency (unscheduled)maintenance of equipment, systems, and/or facilities withoutsupervision. Ensure proper documentation practices duringmaintenance processes. Maintain equipment and systems along withtheir certification records. Monitor and analyse process equipmentperformance. Perform, in order of priority, work required inresponse to process equipment requests received through the WorkRequest System. Read and interpret diagrams, drawings, and otherschematics. Recommend and initiate activities to ensure area andequipment is maintained in a state of compliance. Perform dailyFacility equipment checks. Perform infrared, vibration. Pullnecessary parts to complete a work order or ticket. Provide inputon the engineering of replacement parts Minimum RequirementsExperience in a regulated or cGMP environment Strong communicationskills, written and verbal skills Requires relevant skills, orlicensure in one of the following: Industrial MaintenanceCertification Electrical/Electronics Certification Infrared,Vibration, Ultrasound Certification Electrical, Journeyman LicenseAutomated Material Handling Preferred Background High schooldiploma and certification in a skilled trade (electrical, etc.)Associate degree in a technical discipline 3-5 years’ Experience,lighting, low/high (480V) voltage electrical systems, and emergencydiesel generators, Conveyors systems, Automated Cranes andassociated equipment. Automated Mobile Robots, Pallet Exchangers.
