For more information, please visit www.resilience.com 12 hourshift (6pm-6am) 2-2-3 (2 nights on, 2 night off, every otherweekend) Position Summary & Responsibilities Maintenance TechnicianIII is responsible for performing ongoing corrective, predictiveand preventative maintenance for the process equipment within theassigned operating area. This role requires the ability to performmechanical and electrical troubleshooting in order to ensureoptimal operation of the process equipment. In addition, theindividual will also perform basic mechanical training toProduction Operators and serve as a resource to help implementcontinuous improvement projects. This position may also include thefollowing conditions:

  • Complete emergency repair, rebuilding,changeover and inspection work on process related equipment.

Install, inspect, test, adjust, repair, and perform lineturnarounds, changeovers, and preventative maintenance perestablished procedures in a timely and efficient manner

  • Completedocumentation and required functions in the work order system toclose out activities in compliance with cGMPs
  • Responsible forequipment and system performance through data monitoring within theassigned operating area
  • Use a variety of testing, tools, andmeasuring equipment in the efficient maintenance andtroubleshooting of electronic, environmental monitoring, pneumatic,hydraulic, and mechanical line equipment
  • Provide training tooperators for equipment set-up and for minor adjustments or repairs
  • Install new equipment and oversee equipment upgrades according tosite SOPs
  • Perform 5S activities and maintain organization ofoperating areas
  • Perform work requirements in a responsiblemanner, in accordance with SOPs, cGMPs and established safetyprocedures in accordance with OSHA requirements and guidelines
  • Befamiliar with “Material Safety Data Sheets” for area chemicals
  • Perform batch record and GMP documentation entries. Maintainrecords and/or logs as required in performance of jobresponsibilities. This will include mathematical computation whereneeded
  • Work with minimal supervision under the direction of theMaintenance Facilitator, Process Facilitator, Engineer, or otheractivity leads
  • Perform roles of Technician and MechanicalTechnician as required to support daily PET activities
  • Utilizeappropriate Problem Solving and Troubleshooting techniques tocomplete
  • equipment repairs
  • Follow and maintain compliance withestablished MRO procedures and inventory control
  • Serve as aproject resource to PET to assist in the follow up and timelyimplementation of projects and validation activities
  • Responsiblefor maintaining Aseptic Processing and Gowning certifications asrequired to support assigned work areas (Area Dependent)
  • Performcleaning and housekeeping activities for assigned areas as requiredto maintain a cGMP environment
  • Perform other similar and relatedresponsibilities as assigned by area management
  • Some overtimewill be required with prior notice to support business needs.

Emergency overtime may be required with little notice to ensureoperation of equipment within the PET The items described here arerepresentative of those that must be met successfully to performthe essential functions of this job. Minimum Qualifications 1.Prior experience in a regulated production environment,specifically responsible for equipmentmaintenance and performance2. Must have the ability to effectively understand, read, write,communicate, and follow instructions in the English language 3.Ability to lift and handle equipment change parts, tooling, andmaterials associated withequipment maintenance and repair PreferredQualifications 1. High school diploma and certification in askilled trade (electrical, boiler operations, etc.) 2. Associatedegree in a technical discipline 3. Experience with building firesystems, plumbing, lighting, HVAC equipment (boilers, chillers,cooling towers, air handlers, humidifiers, and air dryers), lowvoltage electrical systems, and emergency diesel generators Theitems described here are representative of those that must be metsuccessfully to perform the essential functions of this job.

Our target base pay hiring range forthis position is $24.00 – $38.00 per hour.
